Gerstle, Minissale & Snelson, LLP offers a wide range of customized classroom training programs for corporations, risk managers, insurance professionals, and attorneys.

Over the past few years, the partners have presented courses ranging from ethics to interpretation and drafting of indemnity clauses. Each of our courses is tailored to your specific needs, assuring that the presentations are relevant and stimulating. In addition, we strive to have our courses approved in multiple jurisdictions for continuing education hours for insurance adjusters and/or attorneys, fulfilling multiple needs in a single, efficient setting.

Classes last from 30 minutes to 8 hours in length with accompanying written materials and are approved for continuing education hours for several different types of professionals.

Highlights of our training sessions include:

• Customized training. We visit with you to learn of issues of particular concern to you or that you are seeing with increased frequency. After a topic is selected, we research pertinent precedent and attempt to incorporate legal and legislative trends into the written and presentation materials. Finally, we encourage your participation during and after the training to allow us to address particular questions you may have.


• Customized lengths and schedules. Depending on the topic and your time constraints, our presentations last from 30 minutes to 8 hours. We also have the capability of teaching several courses on sequential days, allowing up to 30 hours of training in a single week.


• Centralized location. We provide the training at your offices or at a centralized location convenient to you and your employees.


• Written materials. We provide written materials to supplement our presentation and also respond to your requests for additional materials after the presentation.


• Continuing education requirements,. Many of our courses are approved for continuing education hours. We routinely present continuing education courses to insurance adjusters that are approved by multiple states. We also present continuing legal education courses.
